I had a fantastic stay as it was a quick stroll to the Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane, just a 5-minute walk away, and I found the area surrounding the hotel buzzing with charming cafes and local restaurants, perfect for quick bites after exploring the city. it felt like every corner had something to discover while enjoying the lovely park views nearby.

The room was super comfy. We got a quiet room where we could sleep with the window open—no outside noise at all! The bed was so nice, and the bathroom was really well designed. There were also two chairs, one being a padded desk chair, which is a big plus. I loved having a comfy spot to relax after a long day instead of just sprawling on the bed.

The breakfast buffet offers a great selection and is definitely a highlight. Close to attractions like O'Connell Street.

the shower could have been cleaner

The room was clean, and I appreciated the fresh meats served at breakfast. However, I experienced a security concern when an unauthorized staff member knocked on my door at 2:30 AM, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the dining quality was disappointing, as the burger I ordered was average at best. Housekeeping was inconsistent. on one occasion, fresh towels were not replaced as requested.

The room featured large windows allowing for plenty of natural light, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Its proximity to the city center makes it easy to explore local attractions without the need for transportation.

Noise pollution from guests running and shouting in the corridors made for a disruptive night, lasting over an hour. The bathroom cleanliness raised concerns. soap scum and a lingering smell suggested it hadn't seen a thorough cleaning in some time, which wasn't what I expected for the price. Additionally, the toilet required multiple flushes for proper function, which added inconvenient frustration during my stay.

I had a delightful stay at Maldron in Dublin. The comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning made my visit enjoyable, despite a few hiccups with the cleaning staff. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to numerous pubs and the city's rich history. Looking forward to returning!
